Information we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email address, organisation, enquiry type and message. If you arrange a session, we also keep the information and correspondence needed to plan and deliver it.
Please avoid including sensitive information about your own or someone else's health in the enquiry form unless it is necessary for your request.
Our website hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and website access logs, to deliver and protect the site.
Our enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us distinguish real enquiries from spam and automated abuse. Turnstile checks technical information about your device and browser, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, to confirm the form is being used by a person. It does not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the site and your enquiries from abuse. Cloudflare processes this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum. A small Turnstile check box may appear on the form.
How we use your information
We use enquiry and booking details to respond to you, arrange and deliver sessions, and handle related administration. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our services. Where applicable, we also use information to take steps towards or fulfil a contract, or to meet legal obligations such as keeping accounting records.
We do not sell your information or add you to a marketing mailing list because you made an enquiry.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this website and improve its content and navigation. GA4 can collect information such as pages visited, interactions with the site, approximate location, device and browser information, and identifiers stored in analytics cookies. Google processes this information on our behalf. Our GA4 measurement ID is G-H4SMZ7P8H3.

We have set GA4's retention period for user-level and event-level data to 14 months. This setting does not necessarily remove all aggregated reports after 14 months.
We do not use Google Analytics for Google Ads, remarketing or personalised advertising, and we have not enabled Google Signals.
Who receives your information
P J Foster Limited uses service providers to operate the website, receive enquiries and manage email. We also use Google to provide GA4 when you accept analytics cookies, and Cloudflare to provide Turnstile spam protection on our enquiry form. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. Information may be processed outside the UK; where this happens, we use the applicable data protection safeguards.
We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. We keep records relating to delivered sessions for up to six years where needed for accounting, contractual or legal purposes. GA4 data is subject to the retention setting described above.
