One-to-One Mentoring

Two people speaking in a ono-to-one mentoring session

There are occasions when people can benefit greatly from spending one to one time with someone who is not their parent or linked to their life. I am increasingly providing this service to people in the early stages of recovery or who are struggling with their mental health as a result of addiction. Sessions with me provide a safe, warm environment where a straight forward discussion about the following areas can take place.

Please fill in the contact form if you would like to discuss booking me for some one-to-one mentoring/advice.

I have been interviewed by various newspapers, magazines, television, radio broadcasters and featured on a large number of podcasts. Some of these are included below.

I am available for interviews across all media and podcasts if you would like to enquire please fill in the contact form.

The Mintridge Foundation

Mintridge Foundation logo

I am an ambassador for the Mintridge Foundation. Mintridge is a charity where past and present athletes use their experiences, both positive and negative, to promote an active lifestyle and positive mental health for children and young people and to harness the power of sporting role models to help and influence young people.

Teen Tips

I am proud to be part of the Teen Tips team, working in collaboration and partnership with them as an organisation. The Wellbeing Hub compliments and consolidates the work that I do in schools brilliantly.

Teen Tips logo

Teen Tips believe in early intervention. By providing those looking after children and young people with access to up-to-date professional advice and practical tools, they are more equipped to deal with the pressures of growing up. Teen Tips draw on the latest research from psychotherapy, psychology, and neuroscience, along with Teen Tips Founder, Alicia Drummond’s experience of working as an adolescent therapist and being a mum.

Our training and resources are delivered via our webinars and talks and The Wellbeing Hub, a live and interactive web app which provides expert support for the whole school community to access 24/7.

Teen Tips are passionate about helping schools, parents and carers deepen their understanding of childhood and adolescence in order to create environments which promote emotional wellbeing in young people. Click here for more information on The Wellbeing Hub for schools.
